Biography
A Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience, Mansi specializes in Finance, Compliance, Taxation, and Litigation. She previously worked in Transfer Pricing at a Big 4 consulting firm, managing diverse client profiles across various industries. Her expertise includes transfer pricing compliance along with planning, advisory, and handling of Advance Pricing Assignments (APA) and audits.
Since 2023, Mansi has collaborated closely with Auxano's investment team, performing in-depth analysis of potential investment opportunities, reviewing transaction documents, and monitoring post-investment progress.
Mansi leverages her corporate experience and Big 4 network to help portfolio companies strategize growth plans, implement systems & processes and address compliance, making future fundraising more efficient and seamless.
