A Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience, Rakesh leads compliance vertical, ensuring compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies. His role extends to managing financial reporting, overseeing audits, and to maintain operational transparency and regulatory adherence.
Beyond compliance, Rakesh plays a key role in managing fund operations, including structuring fund expenses, coordinating with service providers, and supporting timely reporting to investors.
